Kehinde Oluwo Kehinde Oluwo Kehinde Oluwo is the EMEA Head of Talent Management for FIS. She is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of a leading-edge Performance Management approach for all 50,000 of FIS employees globally. Prior to her current role, Kehinde was a Strategy and Change Consultant with over 15 years experience within the Financial Services sector. The hallmark of her career has been the delivery of strategic people change initially as a Consultant with IBM and in-house within large global organizations including HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Wealth. She combines her broad business knowledge and commercial acumen to ensure that the potential of people are maximized and central to delivering business results. Kehinde completed a Masters in Organizational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London, a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Durham and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
