The Guide produced by the AIRE Centre and by Civil Rights Defenders: "Covid-19 and the Impact on Human Rights - An overview of relevant jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights" has been published in Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkish. 

The Guide was originally published in English, Albanian, BCMS and Macedonian, and provided the framework for the Seventh Annual Regional Rule of Law Forum for South East Europe, which took place in October 2020. 

Given the ongoing utility of the Guide, and its relevance to all Member States of the ECHR, it has since also been published in Romanian, Bulgarian and Turkish.
